Sizing Tip; when laid flat and measured across the Back,
the Small measures 22 inches, 
the Medium measures 23 inches,
the Large measures 24 inches,

with no change for the waist.
Remember to allow enough room for movement within the shirt - we recommend 4 - 6 inches
