Returns and Exchange Policy

Goods can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt

All returned items must not have been worn, damaged or soiled in any way. Items should have all labels attached and be in the original packaging. Please return items in a condition you would expect to receive them. Where items are returned without the above or in a poor condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (£10), or refuse the return.  As part of our commitment to keep the prices of our products as competitive as possible we are unable to offer a free returns system. When returning items to us we advise using a signed for return service, such as Royal Mail Signed for from your local Post Office.  We will usually process a refund within three working days of receipt. Exchanges will usually be re-posted within three working days. If you require an exchange urgently we suggest you place a new order for the item and return the incorrect item for a refund. *Additional Terms & Conditions apply to international customers, see website for further details.

Holland's 'No Worries' 28-day Returns Policy 

At Holland's we believe you should be completely happy with your purchase.

If this is not the case, for whatever reason, you can return an item under our 28 day 'No Worries' return policy.

All that we ask is that you return the item - unused, with all labels attached and in its original packaging - within 28 days of receipt.

Please return the packing slip, containing bags, packaging and all labels, with the item.

Please zip up, button/stud up, and fold the item carefully, so it is returned in the condition you received it.

We strongly recommend that you use a signed for service, via a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items and Parceline for larger items, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. To facilitate a speedy exchange or refund, please include your packing slip and note stating the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items (unless items are faulty or incorrectly sent)

Our returns address can be found on our contact page and the on documents you received with your order.

If you are returning an item that is not faulty in any way you will be liable for the postage costs and these will not be refunded as part of the return.

Please note, used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Holland's Country Clothing cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods ( - it is advisable to use a signed for / tracked service).
Nor can we be held responsible for items damaged during their return shipping.
In both preceding cases the customer will need to claim against their shipping service provider.

 

Making an Exchange

We are happy to exchange any item you have purchased under our Holland's 'No Worries ' 28-day Returns Policy (see above).

So if you are unhappy with a size or colour, just send it back and we can make an exchange according to your instructions.

To facilitate a speedy exchange, please include your packing slip and note stating all the information necessary to exchange your item. Please note in certain cases stock limitations may mean we are unable to fulfil an exchange as required, in which case we are happy to offer a refund.

When returning an item for an exchange please return the packing slip, containing bags, packaging and all labels (still attached), with the item. Please zip up, button/stud up, and fold the item carefully, so it is returned in the condition you received it. Unfortunately, used items cannot be exchanged.

 

Cancellation of an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately.

If notification of cancellation is received before an order has been sent we will immediately send a full refund including all your postage costs.

If an order has been sent out you will need to return it to us unused, with all labels attached and in its original packaging - within 28 days of receipt.

We are unable to refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery. Please note, used items cannot be returned as cancelled.

 

Faulty Items

All products are covered by your statutory rights.

Please note we can only be responsible for product failure due to defective workmanship or materials.

We are not responsible for product failure if the product was not used for its intended purpose or was damaged by accident, misuse or neglect.

Furthermore we are not responsible for failure of an item due to fair wear and tear or ageing.

If you have a legitimate claim for a product failing please contact us by Email with details of the product, fault and age.

 

Damaged Items and Delivery Mistakes

In the event of any goods being delivered faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect according to the packing slip/invoice then we will accept full responsibility and refund or exchange the item.

Please notify us immediately if you have a problem, a lengthy delay may affect our ability to place a claim against a courier for a transit damaged item.

Please note we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the courier company. Liability in those cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown not to have been received by the customer. We are unable to refund any postage costs unless the item was sent in error by ourselves, faulty or damaged upon delivery.

 

Order Processing, Dispatch and Delivery Times

Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible - this period will vary depending upon work load and timing, and may be as early as the same day, but is more likely to be the next working day.

We make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place as quoted, but cannot guarantee delivery times. In the event that we cannot deliver your order, or a part of your order we will inform you within two working days - a full refund will be immediately available to you.
