Sizing Tip:  1/2 chest measurement when garment laid flat.
Small - 22 inches
Medium measures 23 inches,
Large measures 24 inches,
XL measures 25 inches,
2XLmeasures 26 inches,
and the XXXL measures 27 inches,
with no change for the waist.

Try these measurements against a similar garment that already fits you.
Remember to allow for freedom of movement etc.

For example, the total measurement for the XXXL is 54 inches, but this would be unsuitable for somebody with a 54" chest as most people will need around 4 inches movement inside a garment
