The outer is a tough and durable, soft to touch, brushed fine weave polyester tricot, with the look and feel of moleskin

This jacket has lined pockets, a pocket with an orange reflective hi-vis safety signal band on the shoulder, radio pockets, pockets for heating pads in the back
